Project Description:  Project generally consists of a new two-story, wood framed addition to the existing Hidden River Middle School for Monroe School District. Some modernization and system replacements to the existing building will be required. Addition consists of a new Commons/Cafeteria, Kitchen, classrooms and instructional labs. Site development includes an underdrained natural grass football field surrounded by a walking track. An additional stormwater retention system will be added to the site. Alternate bids include a new baseball field and synthetic turf options. Project will be constructed on an occupied site and all utilities and services must remain in operation during the school year.
