Project Description: Construction of a new 27-stall asphalt parking lot, associated storm drainage, and the remodel of a portion of the 2nd floor of the existing concrete frame four-story structure knows as the Yakima Valley School. The remodel work covers 12,000 sqft. Also includes construction of a walled-in outdoor recreation space on the roof of an adjacent one-story portion of the building.

Estimated Value: $2.3 - $2.65 million

Contract Duration: Substantial completion by 2/20/19. Final completion by 3/15/19.

Pricing Requirements:

  1. There is one (1) Base Bid.
  2. There is ONE (1) Alternate. Please check and see if you need to include alternate pricing

**WA State L&I prevailing wage rates apply to this project**
