Subcontracts resulting from this solicitation valued at greater than $300,000 will be required to provide a payment and performance bond. All subcontracts will be required to provide the minimum insurance and license as required by the specifications.  Subcontracts shall be executed on ISEC, Inc. standard form subcontract without modification, a copy of which may be reviewed upon request.

Subcontractors will be required to be signatory to the appropriate Agreement with the Union.  Subcontracts issued will state that the subcontractor is currently or will agree to become signatory to the appropriate Agreement with the Union and will comply with all terms and provisions of said Agreement including the payment of wages, Trust Fund contributions and fringe benefits payments.
