Separate sealed bids will be received by Model Irrigation District 18 at 1424 S Pierce Rd
Spokane Valley WA 99206, until 9:00 AM, August 3, 2018, and publicly opened and read aloud at that time.

The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations.

The proposed work includes construction of the following:

• 1,700 LF of 4” - 8” water main, valves, fittings and appurtenances
• A 1” service connection, service pipe, fittings and appurtenances
• 2 Fire hydrant assemblies and appurtenances
• 1,500 SY of 2” and 3” HMA over 6” CSTC
• Traffic and erosion control

The project is located within the City of Spokane Valley City Limits and rights-of-way.

Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Bid bonds in an amount not less than 5% of the amount bid are to be made payable to Model Irrigation District 18. 100% performance and payment bonds will be required from the successful bidder.

All work performed on this project will be subject state prevailing wage rates. Model Irrigation District 18 reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, and in its sole judgement, accept the bid which it deems is in its best interest. Additional bid acceptance and contract award provisions are specified in the Contract Documents.
