Pre-bid Meeting/Site Visit: Wednesday, September 26, 2018 @ 3:00pm @ 3701 S Kenyon St, Seattle, WA 98118.

Project Description: A prior construction contract prepared the site for the work of this contract through existing building demolition, mass excavation, some utility installation, some erosion control, and construction of a gravel building pad. The work of this contract will include earthwork, utilities, landscape, other on-site & off-site work, and construction of a new steel frame, 2-story school bldg of approx 75,000 sf.

Estimated Value: $28 million

Contract Duration:
NTP approx 12/6/18
• On-site commencement of construction: 1/2/19
• Bldg substantial completion: 7/6/20
• Completion of punch list: 30 days after substantial completion
• Final completion: 45 days after substantial completion

Wage Rates: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will be required.

• Base Bid
• Alternate 1: Add childcare wing
• Alternate 2: Add covered play structure
• Alternate 3A: Add Siemens EMS control system
• Alternate 3B: Add Johnson Controls EMS Control System
• Alternate 4: Add dual core heat exchanger
• Alternate 5: Add classroom AV and voice enhancement system equipment
