SPECIFICATION NO. PT-83-18

PIERCE TRANSIT is a municipal corporation with administrative offices located at 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431.  Proposals are being solicited from qualified firms to provide Specimen Collection Services for Pierce Transit’s DOT/FTA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program. You must be a registered vendor on our eBids website to download proposal documents. You can access eBids to get registered from our Agency website at www.piercetransit.org/purchasing.

All questions, comments, concerns or requests for clarifications regarding the contents and requirements of the RFP documents shall be submitted to and received by Pierce Transit no later than 4:00 p.m. on October 10, 2018. Requests shall be in writing by Pierce Transit’s eBids website, email, hand delivered, or mailed. Responses will not be given to inquiries received after this date and time. All responses will be provided to all plan holders in the form of an Addendum to the RFP.

Proposals will be accepted by Purchasing at Pierce Transit Headquarters until 4:00 p.m. October 22, 2018, and must be addressed to Shawna Fore, Purchasing Agent, Pierce Transit, 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431.
