UNIFORMS & RELATED SERVICES

• Skagit Transit has published RFP #18-009 to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors for the provision of uniforms, uniform embroidery, fittings, and tailoring services for Skagit Transit’s Fixed Route and Paratransit coach operators.
• Contract Term: The initial term is 3 years, beginning Feb. 1, 2019, with options for 2 successive one-year terms, for a total possible Contract Term of 5 years.
• Posting of Documents: RFP documents are available for downloading from our website at www.skagittransit.org under “About Us” in the Procurement section.
• Requests for Clarifications & Approved Alternates: All questions, clarification requests, and product substitution requests must be submitted in writing on the “Request for Clarifications/Approved Alternates” form provided in the RFP before 3:00 p.m. PST November 19, 2018. send via e-mail to erizzo@skagittransit.org. Official responses will be made as written Addenda.
• Proposal Due Date: Proposals must be received at Skagit Transit’s Administrative office, Attn: Elisa Rizzo, Procurement and Contracts Coordinator, 600 County Shop Lane, Burlington, WA no later than 2:00 p.m. PST November 29, 2018. Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened to the Proposer. Faxed or electronic proposals are not acceptable.
