Request for Proposal #2018-46

The Everett Housing Authority is seeking to contract with an experienced HVAC company for the annual maintenance on a LENNOX System for the administration building located at 3107 Colby Avenue, Everett, WA.

There will be one walk through of the property on November 14, 2018 at 10 AM, at 3107 Colby Avenue, Everett, WA 98201.

The contract shall be for a one-year term, with the option to renew for up to a total of 3 (three) years, with both parties prior approval each year thereafter.
