New Construction of 75,000 square foot 2 story Elementary School for Seattle School District No. 1 with an estimated construction budget of $28,000,000. The construction of this facility will start March 29, 2019 with substantial completion by November 6, 2020.  Washington State L&I prevailing wage rates with Certified payroll is required for this contract.  Hensel Phelps is signatory with the local Laborer’s and Carpenter’s union.
