Bid Package includes the following scopes of work:

JR Merit will be bidding on the Port of Portland – Portland International Airport Deicing Vault Rehabilitation Pump Stations A, C, E, F, and J as a Prime. Rehabilitation of deicing Pump Stations A, C, E, F, and J. The work includes Excavation; Shoring; Backfill; Asphalt Paving repair; dewatering and cleaning of wet wells and valve vaults; cleaning and recoating of existing pipe, brackets and guides; removal and reinstallation of existing pumps to facilitate pump refurbishment by others; performing structural repairs including crack sealing and spall repair; installation of vault safety netting system; construction of new concrete thrust walls and thrust blocks; Rebar Fabrication; providing new sample and sump pumps; refurbishment of existing plug and check valves; providing propane generators with accessories; and miscellaneous electrical work including replacement of a motor control center with a switchboard and replacing two existing soft-starters with variable frequency drives; Hydro Seeding; Core Drilling; asphalt cutting and Pipe Video inspection.
