PIERCE TRANSIT is a municipal corporation with administrative offices located at 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431.  Proposals are being solicited from qualified firms to provide IT Helpdesk Software as a Service (SAAS).

Request for Proposal documents are available free-of-charge by going to www.bxwa.com and clicking on “Posted Projects”, “Goods and Services”, and “Pierce Transit”.

Proposals will be accepted by Purchasing at Pierce Transit Headquarters until 4:00 p.m. January 29, 2019 and must be emailed to Becky Lewis, Purchasing Agent at rlewis@piercetransit.org.
