Project Summary:
The project is part of Othello Square, located at the southwest corner of Martin Luther King, Jr. Way S. and S. Othello St. Othello Square is envisioned as a uniquely integrated, culturally-competent, and welcoming gateway center. “Building C” is located on the NW corner of the main parcel of the Othello Square campus, and will consist of workforce housing above the commercial podium base containing Seattle Children’s Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic.
