Highline High School Renovations and Additions

Notice of Bid Package EC/CM 01 Release for Subcontractor Scopes listed below per RCW 39.10.380

Pursuant to RCW 39.10.380, Premier Power Electric is requesting bids in response to bid packages EC/CM-01 from prospective subcontractors on scopes of work on Highline High School Renovations and Additions project which include Fire Alarm and Detection Systems.

Bid packages for the above scopes of work will be released on February 28th, 2019. Non-mandatory pre-bid site walk will meet at Highline High School Cafeteria
March 6th, 2019 at 4:00pm

Bids are due no later than March 26th, 2019 at 1:00 PM.
Bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope to:

No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. If bids are submitted via mail or a courier service, the bids shall be
received by Premier Power Electric no later than the bid due date noted above.

Bidders shall provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount for bids that exceed $300,000.00 (three
hundred thousand dollars). The successful bidder will be required to furnish 100% payment and performance
bonds per the bid package requirements on forms provided by Premier Power Electric, and issued by a surety
acceptable to Premier Power Electric.
