ORCHARDS INN RENOVATION
Project No. 2019-114-1
Vancouver Housing Authority (Owner) will receive sealed bids for Project# 2019-114-1 ORCHARDS INN RENOVATION until 11AM on July 11, 2019 at Vancouver Housing Authority, 2500 Main Street Vancouver, WA 98660 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud; any bid received after this date and time will not be accepted.
SUMMARY OF WORK
Work includes, but is not limited to, interior renovation, MEP, and site work.

- Bidders are responsible for checking for any addenda, updates and award notification at http://vhausa.org/business/bids‐rpfs
- This project is subject to public works prevailing wage law and Federal Standards Provisions. Workers must be paid no less than weekly and at minimum the higher of state or federal wage rates listed in the solicitation documents; weekly federal payroll reporting is required.
- Bidder shall include a bid bond equivalent to 5% of the bid price. Performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract price are required within 7 days of notice of award.
PRE-BID MEETING
A pre-bid site meeting and walkthrough is scheduled for June 24th, 2019; the location and time will be identified in the solicitation documents.
This project is partially financed through the Community Development Block Grant Program with funds obtained from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The contract will be subject to regulations of the Departments of Labor and Housing and Urban Development. Attention is called to Federal provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity, HUD Section 3 requirements, and the minimum wages as set forth in the contract documents. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements of the Invitation For Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any, and all bids, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the written consent of the Owner.
