Request for Proposal (RFP) – Lease Group 5 Opportunities

The Port of Seattle, the owner and operator of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac Airport), is seeking businesses to develop and operate airport shops and restaurants at Sea-Tac Airport.

The Port of Seattle invites submittals from established and responsible business entities that have demonstrated expertise in the development and operation of stores or restaurants that would be a good fit for the award-winning airport dining and retail program at Sea-Tac Airport.

Interested business entities will be required to participate in a competitive process by submitting a proposal that meets the requirements defined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) materials released by the Port of Seattle on June 19, 2019. The Port will conduct an informational session for those interested businesses on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 or Thursday, July 18, 2019. Both sessions will be held at the airport conference center. Companies may send a maximum of three representatives.  Attendees must pre-register at: seatacshops.@portseattle.org Based on space limitation, you may be asked to attend a different date. Walk-up registrations are not permitted the day of the event.
