The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission seeks a consultant with expertise in park redevelopment and working with stakeholders for the purpose of developing a Predesign Report following Washington State Office of Financial Management guidelines to analyze alternatives and provide cost estimates to address the proposed Park Renovation.
