PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of a new, mixed-use multifamily development containing approximately 550 SF of retail space at the ground level along SE Pioneer Way; 550 SF of retail space at the ground level facing Hal Ramaley Memorial Park; 51 units of housing on two floors above an open parking level; building services spaces at-grade; a new, publicly accessible through-block pedestrian hill climb; asphalt paving and driveway, concrete curbs; a courtyard with concrete pavers and landscape planting; and site landscapes on a 1.153-acre site at 601 SE Pioneer Way.
CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE: Anticipated start date: November 4, 2019, Project duration 12 months.
