AT ENGLUND MANOR APARTMENTS

The Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA) on behalf of Columbia Non Profit Housing will receive proposals for project 2019-412-2 Englund Manor Renovation until 2PM on October 23rd, 2019 at Vancouver Housing Authority, 2500 Main Street, Vancouver Washington 98660. This project includes rehabilitation work at a 29 unit senior apartment building. A walkthrough is scheduled for October 9th, 2019. The successful Contractor will enter into a preconstruction services contract with intent to negotiate a guaranteed maximum price contract. Attention is called to provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity, Section 3 requirements, and the minimum wages as set forth in the contract documents.
