STABILIZED HOUSING

 

Snohomish County is soliciting responses from organizations interested in providing Stabilized Housing services to individuals age sixty (60) and over residing in Snohomish County. The Stabilized Housing program promotes stable housing and independent living for vulnerable seniors with mental health and/or behavioral issues who meet vulnerability criteria.

 

The contract amount entered into as a result of this Request for Proposal will be negotiated with the successful RFP candidate and will be awarded July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 with an estimated minimum funding of $159,776. There is no guarantee of ongoing funding.

 

Snohomish County Long Term Care and Aging developed the Request for Proposal describing RFP timeline process, scope of work, qualification requirements and response instructions. The RFP is posted on the Snohomish County website at https://www.snohomishcountywa.gov/1038/Request-for-Proposals-RFP  starting Monday, October 21, 2019. Copies of the RFP may also be obtained starting Monday, October 21, 2019 by contacting Janet Gant at janet.gant@snoco.org or 425-388-6381.

 

A Letter of Intent to apply for Request for Proposal must be submitted to Snohomish County by 4:00 p.m., local time on Monday, November 4, 2019. Organizations not submitting a Letter of Intent by due date and time will forfeit their right to apply for RFP. Letters of Intent to apply for RFP are to be submitted to:
