Project Description:  The scope of work is the installation of new cementitious panel system, repainting of existing exterior steel elements, repainting of existing fiber cement panels, and miscellaneous flashing replacement. Work includes: the removal and replacement of faulty exterior stucco and installation of new cladding system; removal and replacement of associated flashing, caulking, weatherization system; removal and replacement of areas of compromised exterior sheathing, wall insulation; and repair of metal studs as required. Select areas of existing structural steel and fiber cement paneling are to be repainted.
