Project Description:  The Lake Stevens Police Station - Evidence / Training project is the renovation and additions of two buildings: the Police Station, with a 1,000 sf building addition and the Evidence / Training, with a 3,000 sf building addition. The building shells are 2x wood construing walls and manufactured roof trusses with concealed fastener metal roofs, the building additions will be constructed to match existing. Floor is slab-on-grade finished with carpet, sheet vinyl, and clear coated polish. Interior walls are 2x wood construction with gypsum wallboard.
