 Sloan/Dana Deck Roof Replacement

Sealed bids are being requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

 

Project Scope:

 

Project includes removal and replacement of the entire roofing system on Sloan and Dana Halls on the Pullman Campus. Roof area is approx. 11,600 sf (Sloan) and 21,000 sf (Dana). Contract Time shall be 60 Days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time.

Project located at 305 & 405 NE Spokane Street, Pullman, WA 99164.

 

Bid Estimate: $800,000.00 to $850,000.00

 

Bids will be received prior to 2:00 p.m.; February 18, 2020 at Facilities Services, McCluskey Services Building, 2425 East Grimes Way, Pullman, WA 99164-1150.Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 190D, McCluskey Services Building.

 

A mandatory pre-bid conference for general contractors will be held at 10:00 pm on Friday, February 7, 2020 at McCluskey Services Building, Room 190D. Parking on campus is enforced 24 hours a day, every day.  It is bidder’s responsibility to obtain parking permits to attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and bid openings.  Daily permit rates may be found at:  http://transportation.wsu.edu/TempFees.html. Identify the meeting and project when obtaining the permit to receive appropriate rates
