Project Description:
Work includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
1. Demo existing HVAC equipment and piping.
2. Demo existing controls
3. Provide abatement as required to support new HVAC equipment installation
4. Provide new HVAC equipment include VRF heat pumps, VRF fan coils, VRF branch circuit controllers, energy recovery ventilators, electric duct coils, unit heaters, a gas-fired air handling unit, exhaust fans, and a ceiling fan.
5. Provide new DDC controls
6. Provide new electrical service
7. Electrical work to support the HVAC equipment including power and lighting
8. Structural work to support new HVAC equipment
9. Provide new ceilings and fencing for new HVAC equipment

Estimated Value: $2.26 million

Contract Duration:
- NTP (approx): 3/24/2020
- On-site: 6/15/2020
- Substantial Completion: 8/18/2020
- Final Completion: 11/13/2020

Pricing Requirements:
- Base Bid
- Alternate 1: Replacement of flush valves and faucets
- Alternate 2: Gym DX cooling coil and outdoor condensing unit
- Alternate 3A: Alum storefront at Classroom 174 windows
- Alternate 3B: Fiberglass windows at Classroom 174 windows
