RFP #2023-752 - DSHS Electronic Asset Verification Solution

The State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) will issue an RFP seeking the following services later on today: To assist the Economic Services, Aging & Long Term Support and Developmental Disabilities Administrations, of DSHS in seeking qualified contractor(s) for implementation and operation of an Asset Verification System (AVS) to comply with federal requirements. The system will, at a minimum, verify client assets and potential transfers in financial institutions to assist in determining eligibility for those seeking Medicaid assistance on the basis of being Aged, Blind, or Disabled (ABD) in Washington State. The system will be implemented statewide by November 1, 2020.
