Pacific Civil & Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified and certified UDBE Contracting, Supplier and Equipment firms for various scopes of work including: Survey, Grading, Erosion Control, Concrete Flatwork, Retaining Walls, Electrical, Traffic Control, Landscaping, Hyrdoseeding, Fencing, and Trucking.


The project’s scope as described in Contract Documents is:

 

This project will provide safer access to SR305 with the construction of a roundabout at the new intersection of Johnson Road and a non-motorized crossing at SR305. The project will include roadway, illumination, sidewalk, and shared use path improvements in various configurations. Stormwater conveyance improvements will be included. Utility relocation/replacement will occur as needed. New water/sewer mains will be installed in the new roadway segment.

 

Obtaining plans and contract documents:

 

Access to bidding information (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) is available through City of Poulsbo's on-line plan room. Free-of-charge access is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and clicking on "Posted Projects”, "Public Works," and "City of Poulsbo." This on-line plan room provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, print, order full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online digitizer/take-off tool. It is recommended that Bidders "Register" in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the "Self-Registered Bidders List." Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued on this project.
