REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
PROJECT: Concourse C New Power Center at SeaTac Airport, MC-0319131, Work project #: U00173.
PRIME CONTRACTOR: Bayley Construction
OWNER: Port of Seattle.
BIDS DUE: Bids due to Bayley Construction on June 1st, 2020 at 12:00 PM.

IT IS THE INTENT OF BAYLEY CONSTRUCTION TO BID ON PROJECT #MC-03219131, Work Project # U00173, “CONCOURSE C NEW POER CENTER” AS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND IS CURRENTLY REQUESTING PROPOSALS AND ACCEPTING BIDS FROM QUALIFIED OMWBE AND DBE FIRMS.

Bayley Construction is accepting bids from qualified OMWBE and DBE firms for Concourse C New Power Center at Sea-Tac International Airport. The work consists of the following:

- Provide retrofit of existing space to create a new electrical room:
o New walls, doors, floor, mechanical cooling, fire protection, etc.
- Provide new 480V 3,200 Amp electrical Power Center with 12,470V Primary service.
- Provide new 480V 1600 Amp Switchboards
- Provide replace of multiple obsolete electrical panels and transformers
- Provide transfer of 4 large 480V loads from existing power centers to new power center.
- Force Accounts.
