PROJECT NAME: Whatcom Community College Heiner Glazing Repairs

PROJECT LOCATION: WCC Heiner Center, 231 W. Kellogg Rd., Bellingham WA 98226

BID DEADLINE: Thursday July 2nd @ 3:00 p.m.

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 

Temporary removal of curtain wall assembly and reinstallation.

Remove & replace joint sealers and backer rod.

Remove and replace failed insulated glazed units.

Remove and replace interior wood trim and wood veneer panels, existing membrane, and shingle roofing, flashing, roofing accessories, soffit sheathing, and related materials.

 

CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE: 

Substantial Completion - 98 days from Notice-to-Proceed

Final Completion – 30 days from Substantial Completion
