Project Description: Briefly, the scope of the work includes:
Removal and replacement of HVAC units, HVAC controls, boilers, hydronic pumps and water heaters. Ductwork is mostly reused. Addition of a pad mounted chiller and related hydronic lines. Addition of a fire alarm system, Rated enclosure and cable pathway for future installation of a distributed antenna system for first responders. Other miscellaneous architectural and electrical demolition and construction to support this scope.
