Project Description: Work of the Project includes enclosing and outdoor patio area, interior renovations for office, classroom, and support space, including demolition and construction of select walls, portion of concrete slab on grade, doors, frames, and hardware, gypsum board and acoustical ceilings, plumbing and fixtures, casework, toilet accessories, and related plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and lighting modifications. Refer to Section 012000 – Price and Payment, for Alternate Bids.
