Project Description: Roof replacement at the City’s Maplewood Water Treatment Plant. The facility is approximately 9,700 square feet in area and less than 30 feet in height. Work will include the demolition and disposal of the existing fiberglass reinforced asphalt shingle roof and existing gutters and downspouts, the removal and replacement of existing damaged or degraded sheathing, and the patching of 14 existing skylights. Work will include the installation of a new standing seam pre-finished metal roof, new aluminum gutters and downspouts, the sealing of interior metal ceiling panels, and the installation of a fall arrest anchor system.
