Seattle Housing Authority is soliciting proposals for Phase 1 General Contractor Pre Construction Design Services and Phase II - A Lobby Addition and Renovation to a 17-story concrete residential apartment building built in 1967 containing approximately 300 dwelling units that include a Harborview Respite floor, community multi-purpose space and building management offices. The Renovation includes replacement of sewer and domestic plumbing, mechanical/HVAC repairs and replacement, as well as, a new Energy Recovery Ventilation system, new roof, unit upgrades that are budget dependent, and repairs to the exterior walls. The General Contractor and all subcontractors will be required to pay prevailing wages pursuant to the Wage Determination that is included in the solicitation documents. The Pre-submittal meeting to be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on November 4, 2020 at 10:00 AM and November 9, 2020 at 2:00 PM. Call in information is provided in the solicitation documents.
