Project:           City of Carnation Tolt Avenue (SR203) Central Business District (CBD) Improvements

Pacific Civil & Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified and certified UDBE Contracting, Supplier and Equipment firms for various scopes of work including: Flagging, Trucking, Concrete Cutting, Concrete Flatwork, Paving, Electrical, Landscaping, Signage, and Striping.

The Project’s Scope of Work as described in the Invitation to Bid is:

Improvements include asphalt roadway pavements; concrete and paver sidewalks and on-street parking; underground storm water collection, conveyance, and water quality treatment facilities including three separate underground stormwater infiltration facilities; traffic signal modifications; new illumination system; Joint Utility Trench (JUT) installation for overhead to underground utility conversion; HMA overlay pavement; street signing and pavement markings; street trees and landscape planting; underground irrigation system; streetscape amenities and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.

The engineer's construction estimate range for this Project is $5,500,000 to $6,500,000.
