Request for Proposals for Senior Nutrition and Volunteer Transportation Programs in Clallam Jefferson, Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties

The Olympic Area Agency on Aging (O3A) is offering interested organizations an opportunity to bid on two Older Americans Act Request for Proposals (RFP): the Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) services and the Senior Volunteer Transportation Services.

The Senior Nutrition Program includes Congregate Meals, Home Delivered Meals for homebound older adults, and the Senior Farmer Market Nutrition Program for adults 60 and older.

The Volunteer Transportation Program offers transportation services for adults age 60 and older. Both programs serve seniors living in Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, and Pacific Counties (O3A Planning Services Region).

The RFP has been extended to March 22, 2021 at this link https://www.o3a.org/contracting/special-opportunities/. All applications must be received by March 22^nd at 4:00 pm. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

Document posted on the website include both a PDF fully describing each Request for Proposal and fillable Word Documents, Attachments A through F for the Senior Nutrition Program and Attachments A through E for the Senior Volunteer Transportation Program. The fillable Word documents can be used for completing the application.

Several of the documents are reference material only and need not be returned with the application (Senior Nutrition Program 2016 Standards and Volunteer Transportation Guidance).
