Pre-Bid Site Meeting and Walkthrough: For compliance with current COVID-19 protocol, FORMA is offering site tours to any interested party. The jobsite inspections is schedule for February 12, 2021 @ 10am. Social Distancing and Face Mask during the site investigations are Mandatory.
Description
The new Southworth Elementary School (SWES) will replace the existing elementary school on its current site at 13849 Yelm Highway SE in Yelm Washington. The new school will be approx. 65,000 SF serving grades K-5 and will accommodate a student enrollment of 725. The site is approximately 17 acres and will include site improvements, utilities, and parking lots.
Please carefully read the bid package description scope of work for specific inclusions and exclusions. The bid form for this specific bid package is included after the bid package description and includes allowances and/or unit cost requested as part of your bid for this package.
Prevailing wage rates and mandatory 15% apprenticeship requirements apply to this project.
