LOCATION OF BID OPENING: Virtual Public Bid Opening will be held after 2:20 PM same day on YouTube or other tele-conference medium, link will be posted through an addendum.
PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH: 10:00 A.M., Monday, March 01, 2021. Meet at the Lord Mansion main entry, 211 21st Avenue SW, Olympia, WA 98501. For directions to the site of the pre-bid walk-through, please contact the Consultant listed below. Those wishing to attend must register three (3) days in advance by contacting the Consultant, Carly Kacalek of Hultz|BHU Engineers at (253) 383-3257, or at carlyk@hultzbhu.com to confirm attendance and that social distancing protocols can be maintained.
Due to COVID-19 protocols of no gatherings allowed of more than 10 persons, the first scheduled pre-bid walk-thru is limited in group size to ten persons total, including the project representatives who will conduct the pre-bid walk throughs. There will be no more than two persons representing one contractor, subcontractor, and/or supplier allowed in each pre-bid walk through group so that social distancing can be maintained. An agenda for walk through will be posted through Addendum.
