Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. (KIWC) solicits interest from qualified subconsultants to provide Stream Team Services for WSDOT’s US 101/SR 109 Grays Harbor/Jefferson/ Clallam - Remove Fish Barriers Project. The project will remove fish barriers at 29 locations on US 101 and SR 109 between Aberdeen, WA and Port Angeles, WA.

Stream Team services include Hydraulic Design and Specialty Reports as a part of Phase 1 services, which are further described in the Request for Proposals, Appendix 2 (Phase 1 Services), Task 6.
