Project Description: A. Scope of demolition and removal work is indicated on drawings and specified in Section 02 4100. B. Site work: Limited removal and placement of walkways. Installation of new fire service with excavation, install, backfill, and surface restorations. C. Building Exterior: Installation of new storefront windows and doors at select locations. D. Building Interior: Full interior renovation of entire building including: 1. Finish and thermal improvements to inside of exterior envelope. 2. All new interior partitions. 3. All new interior finishes E. Structural: Installation of new foundations and structural steel and new envelope openings. F. Plumbing: Replace existing system with new construction. G. HVAC: Replace existing system with new construction. H. Electrical Power and Lighting: Replace existing system with new construction. I. Fire Suppression Sprinklers: Install new system. Included new service from city utility. J. Fire Alarm: Restore existing system and equipment to operational condition. K. Telephone: Replace existing system with new construction. L. Security System: Install new system. M. Existing building utilities serving Building B-12 and adjacent structures.: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. N. Contractor shall remove and deliver the following to Owner prior to start of work: 1. Roller shades not scheduled for re-installation. O. Contractor shall remove and store the following prior to start of work, for later reinstallation by Contractor: 1. Roller shades.
Estimated Value: $2,025,250.00 to $2,238,500.00
