ESTIMATED VALUE: $17 million
CONTRACT DURATION:

This project consists of THREE (3) phases:
- Phase 1A (May 2021 - Sept 2021): Site utilities, classroom and commons additions, other remodel work after last day of school in June 2021
- Phase 1B (May 2021 - Dec 2021): Administration and kitchen
- Phase 2 (Sept 2021 - Aug 2022): Complete additions, complete remodel
- Phase 3 (June 2022 - Aug 2022): Complete paving and final site work

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Build a new steel framed classroom addition and expand the Commons. Remodel work consists of reconfiguring the admin suite and kitchen server.  Update finished in existing hallways. Sitework, landscaping. Additive alternates.

PRICING REQUIREMENTS: - Base Bid: - Alt 1: Design/install an athletic storage shed on the playfield - Alt 2: Additional wood panel wainscot in the remodel parts of the bldg - Alt 3: Replace existing ceiling tile, grid, fire alarms and lighting in the remodel parts of the bldg - Alt 4: Replace existing AV systems in the Commons and Gym areas
