Project Description: Selective demolition; removal and disposal of regulated building materials; removal and disposal of existing gas fired boiler, associated tanks, piping, heat exchangers and pumps; installation of two new condensing boilers, piping and pumps; reconfiguration of associated electrical branch circuits; replacement of existing pneumatic controls with new Direct Digital Controls (DDC) compatible with existing system for remote monitoring and control from Seattle Public Schools' facility offices; and all necessary appurtenances.
