Project Description: Improvement of SR 99, MP 28.87 to MP 34.17, and SR 519 MP 0.24 to MP 0.90, Alaskan Way Viaduct – Replacement, South Access – Surface Streets.  Work includes grading, constructing storm drainage system, retaining walls, HMA paving, PCCP paving, curbing, sidewalk, pavers, pavement markings, permanent signing, traffic signal systems, illumination systems, constructing new operations building parking structure, landscaping and traffic control.

Subcontract/Supplier Opportunities Include (But Not Limited to): Demolition, excavation, aggregate material supply, drainage utilities, drilled shafts, ready-mix concrete supply, bridge railings, fencing panels, fencing, pigmented sealer, concrete paving, flatwork, hot mix asphalt, landscaping, erosion control, traffic control, striping, surveying, electrical work including illumination, traffic signals and building systems.. 

Construction of operations building parking structure includes precast architectural concrete, metal wall panels, structural steel framing, steel decking, framing, gypsum sheathing, waterproofing, insulation, fire proofing and stopping, doors/frames, rollup doors, roof hatches, glazing, painting, plumbing including water, sanitary and storm, HVAC systems, fire extinguishers and building electrical systems.
