The OSDBU (Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization) manages the development and implementation of HHS outreach programs aimed at making small businesses more aware of opportunities to contract with the department. The OSDBU team will provide an overview of their agency's mission, programs, and structure, as well as discuss various procurement needs and opportunities for small businesses. This interactive session will include an open discussion where businesses will be able to ask questions and get direction on how to handle the pursuit of HHS contracts.
