Plantation Indoor Range Range HVAC & Roof Replacement, Whatcom County WA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

PLANTATION INDOOR RANGE HVAC & ROOF REPLACEMENT

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday May 25, 2021

At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (live via GoToMeeting) and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Parks and Recreation is requesting bids for the HVAC and roof replacement project at the indoor Plantation Rifle Range, located at 5102 Samish Way, Bellingham, Washington. This contract includes hazardous materials abatement (lead dust and asbestos), removal of existing HVAC equipment, construction of a new concrete pad, manufacture and installation of a new HVAC system, and other work, as further described in the bid documents.

Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities. Whatcom County encourages disadvantaged, minority and women owned firms to respond.
