*It is the intent of Aldrich + Associates, Inc. to bid on *marked bid packages as a trade contractor. For this reason, the owner will exclusively manage the bidding process for these bid packages. Please send these bids to Aldrich + Associates by May 18, 2021.

BONDS: For all bids that exceed $300,000, a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid is required. Successful firms whose contract exceeds $300,000, a Payment and Performance Bond will be required for the contract amount plus Washington State Sales Tax.
