Project Description: Interior and exterior renovations per plan for accessibility upgrades. Project elements includes selective demolition, installation of ADA lift, restroom renovations including plumbing, electrical and architectural finishes. Exterior work includes poured-in-place concrete ADA parking stall and ramp.

Additive #1: Lobby Renovation; new ceiling finishes, new lighting, new wall finishes and new reception desk cladding, and new staircase opening & railing per plan.

Additive #2: Vestibule Addition; New skylights and storefront entry per plan.

Estimated Value: Base Bid: 1,342,076.00 Additive 1: 54,851.00 Additive 2: 101,747.00
