Hoffman Well Rehabilitation

TML Construction, Inc. is bidding as a prime contractor for the Hoffman Well Rehabilitation Project. Bids are due to the Project's Owner on June 14, 2021 at 1PM. Quotes from qualified subcontractors and suppliers can be submitted via email to matt@tmlconst.com and are due to TML by no later that 11AM that day.

The project consists of the construction and rehabilitation of the Hoffman Well, including vertical turbine line shaft pumps, motors, motor control centers, steel casing liner, concrete pedestal, 8", 18", and 24" to 30" diameter piping, electrical, concrete vaults, excavation, site grading and restoration, structural modifications to well caisson, fencing, water and sewer connections, electrical and conduit work, and other related miscellaneous items.

TML desires to utilize small, minority and women’s businesses when possible as sources of supplies, equipment, construction, and services should it be awarded a contract for the work.

TML will consider dividing total requirements, when economically feasible, into small tasks or quantities to permit maximum participation of small, minority, and women’s businesses. TML will also consider establishing delivery schedules, where the requirements of the work permit, to encourage participation by small, minority and women’s businesses.
