Moshier Park Stormwater Retrofit and Park Improvement Project

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Work to be performed includes construction of stormwater management infrastructure, parking lot pavement, and park improvements within Moshier Park located at 430 S 156th Street, Burien Washington, including temporary erosion control , temporary traffic control , clearing and grubbing, hot mix asphalt paving, permeable pavement, curb, sidewalk, stormwater conveyance and stormwater management facilities, restroom and concessions building, water and sanitary services, synthetic turf athletic field , park amenities and landscaping , illumination, utility adjustments, and other work necessary to complete the Project.

Engineer's Estimate is between $7,000,000 to $7,500,000

Project Duration: 130 working days 

This project is a Prevailing Wage job 

RFI’s are due by June 23,2021 by end of day

BID DUE DATE & TIME:  Monday, June 28 by end of day
