BIDS FOR THE FOLLOWING BID PACKAGES ARE DUE ON JULY 23RD, 2021 BEFORE 3:00 PM

For the following bid packages, sealed bids must be received at EvergreenHealth Construction offices, located at 12034 NE 130^th Lane Suite 102, Kirkland, WA 98034 at time and dates listed below. Bids received after the stated date and time will not be accepted. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.

*It is the intent of Aldrich + Associates, Inc. to bid on *marked bid packages as a trade contractor. For this reason, the owner will exclusively manage the bidding process for these bid packages. Please send these bids to Aldrich + Associates by July 21st, 2021.

BONDS: For all bids that exceed $300,000, a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid is required.  Successful firms whose contract exceeds $300,000, a Payment and Performance Bond will be required for the contract amount plus Washington State Sales Tax.
