Strategic Communications

RFQQ# STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS-7-8-2021

WorkForce Central issues this Request for Qualifications and Quotes (RFQQ) to identify and select a qualified, local organization(s) or individual(s) to support strategic communications that create equitable access to the Pierce County workforce development system for job seekers, workers, and businesses.  This will include assisting with outreach, advertising, strategic messaging, media relations, visual graphics, copywriting, language accessibility analysis, and website analysis, support, and security.  Ideal respondents will demonstrate previous success in these areas, especially to diverse and hard-to-reach populations who are furthest from opportunity, and will have familiarity with the local and regional workforce development system. 

Any contract(s) for services resulting from this RFQQ will be funded to a maximum of $85,000.  Services are anticipated to begin on or near October 1, 2021, and end by September 30, 2022, with the possibility of contract renewal.
