Pacific Civil & Infrastructure, Inc. is bidding the subject project as a Prime Contractor and seeks proposals from qualified and certified DBE Subcontracting, Supplier and Equipment firms for various scopes of work including paving, concrete flatwork, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, trucking, clearing, erosion control, landscaping, traffic control, striping, signage, survey and electrical. The Project’s Scope of Work as described in the Advertisement for Bids is:
Installation of approximately 12,360 linear feet of gravity sewer pipe, 1,151 linear feet of sewer force main, 33 concrete manholes, and 5 corrosion resistant manholes and a valve vault. The work also includes installing and maintaining erosion control BMPs and necessary groundwater dewatering, compliance with the Stormwater General permit and Pierce County Right-of-Way permit, roadway excavation including removal and disposal of existing pavement and unwanted or excess materials encountered during execution of the project, coring an existing sanitary sewer manhole, traffic control, utility coordination, concrete curb ramp and sidewalk restoration, roadway restoration, and restoration of disturbed private property. If the Owner chooses to award the additive bid, the successful bidder will also be responsible for the installation of approximately 1,500 LF of traffic signal conduit and associated appurtenances.
