Whitehorse Residence Energy Upgrade SH:H145:2021-2

Sealed bids for the following Public Works Project will be received until 2:00 p.m. on March 1, 2022 at
600 Capitol Way North, MS: 43158, Olympia, Washington, and will be publicly opened and read.
Due to the safety and health of the public and employees WDFW CAMP is temporarily closing Bid
Openings to public attendance. Bid opening results will be made public within 24 hours of opening.
Please Note: The Public will not be able to attend this bid opening.

Whitehorse Residence Energy Upgrade SH:H145:2021-2

Provide all labor, material, equipment, and permits to construct the following energy upgrades: install
ductless heat pump system, air seal and insulate crawl space, and replace exterior doors at the
Department's Whitehorse Hatchery Residence, located at 30722 - 379th Ave NE, Arlington, Washington,
in Snohomish County.
Engineer’s Estimate: $22,000

A RECOMMENDED pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on February 15,
2022 at the Department’s Whitehorse Hatchery Residence, located at 30722 - 379th Ave NE, Arlington
98223, Washington, in Snohomish County. No questions will be answered, questions should be directed
to camp.bids@dfw.wa.gov. This is in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

on-line through Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. at http://www.bxwa.com. Click on “Posted
